ARM workers serve communities worldwide through diverse roles including ministry and community leadership, training and education, research initiatives, and humanitarian relief efforts. Each global worker raises their own financial support and maintains accountability to their supporting church or churches.
We are primarily a sending agency with strong local partnerships. We seek to deploy ministry partners both locally and globally who have clear vision and direction for their work, supported by established relationships with local church communities for encouragement and accountability. We achieve this by maintaining low administrative costs through collaborative partnerships for support and care rather than managing these functions independently; a key aspect of our philosophy about keeping workers connected to the churches and communities that send them. A significant number of our workers throughout the world are indigenous leaders, many of whom received training in the US and have returned to their home countries to serve their communities.
